Hopeful December

**Written a poem to start my birth month**

They say this is the season to be jolly

But for some, it might be gloomy,

It is different for everyone for sure

I know that some just want a cure.

This month everyone is excited

Planning parties, oh so thrilled,

Loved ones come and visit

For drinks and dinner, it is a hit.

While others are not so happy

Add the weather that is crappy,

Can be hard and they do try

To still enjoy despite the cry

Whatever you are dealing with

Whether you are sad or blithe,

Let this month be a reminder

It can be a hopeful December.
